Web 3.0 Here We Come!

Yes, the future is here: The Quill is bypassing all of those other sites like Twitter and Wikipedia and going straight to Web 3.0. Very soon, a system will be up and running that bypasses all of the normal technological barriers of Web 1.0 and 2.0 sites, and will be automatically downloaded to anything that could possibly be used as an antenna, such as metal fillings, aluminum siding on houses, and clock-radios.
Web 3.0 will also feature the capability to view the bloggers as they write posts through a special top-secret device that is being field tested by the KGB, something called a intra-webs-viewing-camera.

We would wish to inform you that quill1 has gone completely stark-raving insane, and has been consequently terminated. All of our plans for Web 3.0  are, in fact, on hold until further notice. The only major changes to The Quill are a new banner-heading-thing, and a post calendar widget thing in the sidebar column. Enjoy!
